The entry point is the GT HEMI, powered by a 5.7-liter V-8 rated at 360 horsepower and 390 lb-ft that reaches 60 mph in 6.2 seconds, according to Dodge. Choose an R/T 392 and its 6.4-liter HEMI raises output to 475 horsepower, while a supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 gives the SRT Hellcat and Hellcat Jailbreak 710 horsepower.

An eight-speed TorqueFlite automatic and paddle shifters come on every Durango. The R/T 392 and SRT Hellcat add Launch Control and a Track mode, with a full-time all-wheel-drive system that sends more torque rearward as you move from Auto to Sport to Track, and GT HEMI buyers can add Track mode and a 145-mph top speed with the Tow 'n Go package.
